Get con by windows

An Indian discovered that nobody can create a folder or file anywhere named as "con".
This is something pretty cool and unbelievable.
At Microsoft the whole Team, including Bill Gates, couldn't answer why this happened! Try it out yourself.
I'd try once, twice, thrice and thousands of times, nope no good i cannot get con by windows(M$ Windows XP Pro).

m$ did publish "Naming a File" explaining this quirk. X)
I've posted an article titled You Can't Create Folder Named Con or Aux in Windows discussing this issue, and the technical reasons behind this limitation.
Actually, there's still a way to create folder named "con". Check out my post and you will find out the answer :-)
